to hear that. Because if something went wrong, we want to fix it and prevent it from happening again.

 

If you are not satisfied, discuss this with your practitioner. If you cannot resolve the matter together, you can request a complaint form from

the reception or send your complaint or suggestion for improvement by email to info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl

You will receive a confirmation of receipt and we will process your complaint.

 

We hope to be able to resolve your complaint. Sometimes there is a miscommunication or a misunderstanding.

We would like to do everything we can to remove and resolve this.

 

Cosmetic clinics are legally required (Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care Act (Wkkgz)) to be affiliated with a recognized disputes committee and to have an independent complaints officer. Our clinic is affiliated with this via Complaints Portal Care.

 

If we cannot reach an agreement, you are not satisfied with the handling or you would prefer to contact the complaints officer directly, you can also file the complaint with the (free) complaints officer of Klachtenportaal zorg. This can also be done directly if you prefer. By e-mail info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl or by telephone to 0228-322205 (daily from 9:00-12:00).

 

The complaints officer of the Healthcare Complaints Portal will guide you in resolving the complaint by mutual agreement.

If we still cannot reach an agreement, you can turn your complaint into a dispute. The complaints officer can help you with this.
