Margarita studied paediatric medicine in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, where she subsequently worked as a doctor for 17 years in a regional rehabilitation centre and became an expert in the treatment of Bell’s palsy. In 2008, love brought her to the Netherlands and she soon learned the language and proceeded to successfully pass the assessment procedure for foreign doctors. At the same time, she returned to school to specialise in cosmetic medicine.

 

Acuvitae was launched 2010. Here, in her own practice, she combines the two types of care-giving she is most passionate about: helping people rehabilitate from facial paralysis and helping women maintain a naturally youthful appearance.
